Great things about being blind. Providing braille.

Last week, someone I know contacted me from their work to ask if I would be able to braille something in appreciation of a blind colleague for their work and contribution. I was thrilled to do this. I was also touched that he thought of asking me to do it. I know how happy I am when someone provides me with accessible materials without having to ask them to do so. It always makes my day. So, if you aren't sure what format to use when communicating with someone who is blind, ask. Then try to remember in future to provide that format to that person. It is so much appreciated.
